Cassa Geometri – Opportunità di investimento nei Mercati Privati
I soggetti interessati a sottoporre all’attenzione della Cassa Geometri potenziali opportunità di investimento possono presentare la propria candidatura spontanea compilando il form scaricabile al seguente link: CG PM info form
Il form, compilato in ogni sua parte, dovrà essere inviato all’indirizzo di posta elettronica info.fondi@cassageometri.it in formato .xls, unitamente ad una presentazione e/o product sheet del prodotto proposto.
L’oggetto della mail dovrà contenere: “Nome società_Info Fondi_Nome prodotto”.
Se la proposta da parte di una stessa società intende avere ad oggetto più strategie, si richiede di presentare una specifica candidatura per ogni singolo prodotto.
Il prodotto proposto dovrà soddisfare il seguente requisito minimo:
- AIFMD compliant (FIA Italiano o UE aperto alla raccolta rientrante nell’ambito di applicazione della direttiva 2011/61/UE);
Si precisa che la presentazione della candidatura avviene su base volontaria senza costituire alcun obbligo né impegno della Cassa Geometri a valutare le opportunità di investimento presentate.
Il presente annuncio costituisce invito ad offrire e non offerta al pubblico ex art. 1336 c.c.
La Cassa, qualora ritenga di voler approfondire una o più opportunità, potrà richiedere alle controparti interessate eventuali chiarimenti e/o integrazioni e ulteriore documentazione a supporto senza che ciò possa in alcun modo costituire una manifestazione di interesse ad investire.
Il presente annuncio e la ricezione dell’eventuale candidatura non comportano per la Cassa alcun obbligo o impegno a sottoscrivere nei confronti degli eventuali offerenti e, per loro, alcun diritto a qualsiasi titolo.
Parimenti, nessun rimborso spese sarà dovuto per la documentazione prodotta e per gli eventuali incontri.
Privacy
I dati personali inclusi nella candidatura saranno trattati in conformità alle disposizioni del GDPR 679/2016. In particolare, tali dati saranno trattati esclusivamente ai fini dell’analisi delle candidature di cui al presente avviso e non verranno né comunicati né diffusi. Il Titolare del trattamento è la Cassa, nei confronti della quale l’interessato potrà far valere i diritti previsti dal citato GDPR 679/2016.

Asset Managers interested in submitting potential investment opportunities to the attention of Cassa Geometri can submit their application by filling out the form available at the following link: CG PM info form
The form must be completed in full and sent in .xls format to the following email address: info.fondi@cassageometri.it, together with a presentation and/or product sheet.
The email subject line must include: “Company name_Info Fondi_Product Name”.
If you wish to submit applications for multiple strategies/products, you must submit a separate application for each individual product.
The submitted product must meet the following minimum requirement:
- AIFMD compliant (Italian or EU AIF open to fundraising and falling within the scope of Directive 2011/61/EU).

Please note that the submission of an application is entirely voluntary and does not create any obligation or commitment by Cassa Geometri to assess the investment opportunities submitted.
This notice constitutes an invitation to offer and is not a public offer pursuant to Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
Should Cassa Geometri decide to further examine one or more opportunities, it may request clarifications and/or additional information and further supporting documentation from the relevant counterparties, without this in any way constituting an expression of interest to invest.
This notice and the receipt of any application do not entail any obligation or commitment for Cassa Geometri to enter into agreements with potential applicants, nor do they confer upon them any rights of any kind.
Likewise, no reimbursement of expenses shall be due for the documentation submitted or for any meetings held.
Privacy
Personal data included in the application will be processed in accordance with GDPR 679/2016. Such data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of analysing data referred to in this notice and will not be communicated or disclosed. The Data Controller is Cassa Geometri, to whom the applicant may refer to exercise the rights provided under GDPR 679/2016.
